My roles have ranged from technical implementation through to business analysis, giving me a well‑rounded view of customer relationship management.
Personal experience — I was born and raised in an eastern culture and now live with my family in western Europe. Having grown up as an only child and now raising two children, I’ve learned to appreciate both independence and collaboration.
